Product Information and Templates

Like a flyer, postcards are cost-efficient marketing materials used to spread the word to a targeted mailing list. They can be printed full color with your logo, organization name, address, phone, website, etc. Postcards can be used to announce a new product, promote your business, or advertising an event. Our postcard printing service makes it easy and affordable to order postcards.

  • Size – 4.25" x 6", 5" x 7", 5.5" x 8.5" 6" x 8.5" or 6" x 11"
  • Paper – 14PT C2S, 100# Premium Uncoated Cover (14PT) or 16PT C2S
  • Ink Colors – Full-Color Front and Back
  • Turnaround Time – 3 Business Days, 2 Business Days or 1 Business Day
  • Quantities – 25 to 75,000

File Specifications:

  • Full Bleed Size (Starting Document Size)
    • – The document should have an 1/8" bleed for best results
  • Acceptable File Types
    • – PDF (Recommended)
    • – Illustrator and Photoshop files are acceptable but they will not be viewable for online proof. Prinveo is not liable for anything that is missing.
    • – InDesign files are not acceptable. Please convert to a PDF and then upload.
  • Other Requirements
    • – Make sure that any guides are turned off. Prinveo is not responsible for guides left on.
    • – Make sure all fonts are embedded
    • – Needs to be at least 300dpi for best results
    • – All Colors should be converted to CMYK for best results.
